- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★August 15, 2020, by Patty PfennigWOW!!! This truly is an EXPERIENCE! Our Dining Out Group (11 people) experienced Chef Kelly & her fabulous staff in action last Saturday evening! We prepped, cooked, then ate a fantastic five-course meal! Specific, hands-on class; very knowledgeable staff; fresh, great quality ingredients - I never felt like Marcel's skimped on anything! Beer & wine served throughout the evening (glad we had a taxi service on hand!!) Everyone participated, all being a part of the lessons/work, and then all enjoyed the sit-down plated service. The night could not have been nicer! I highly recommend Marcel's Culinary Experience!! (They also have a wonderful store! Great for food items, kitchen gadgets & cookware, and gifts!) Right in downtown Glen Ellyn, north of the tracks.
