  This store is very clean is very well organized and they have a variety of items the staff is friendly the bathrooms are always clean and there's always someone to help you in the fitting rooms such a calm relaxing place a wonderful experience to shop here

  Extremely rude manager. We wanted to buy something with a tax exempt she won’t let us use the electronic form and she rudely said that she will not let us return the item to be purchased with tax exempt later. I’ve been to many other Ross stores but never experienced such rudeness elsewhere. She is ruining the good image of this company.
