The guy on the phone (Jeff I think) listened calmly while I explained the problem, asked 2 or 3 questions including whether I had traveled or had it in the cold overnight (I had), and then solved the problem in a couple steps in about 3 minutes. He also gave a few tips and explained what happened so I can prevent the problem from happening again. And he did that cheerfully and for free, when I've never even been a customer before. I told him I will be in the future. I highly recommend that you do too.
